Domestic Hot Water

Our Apricus hot water system is ideally suited for the Pacific Northwest performing well in cloudy weather and still generating hot water even in temperatures of 5 - 10 degrees. With it's dual walled vacuum tube construction heat loss is significantly reduced in cold weather.  A single 30 tube collector can provide up to 50 - 70% of  the hot water needs of a family of 3-4.

Heating your home

While not yet offered in the maritime areas of the Northwest, Apricus Solar Hot Water Collectors are being used throughout the Northwest  to provide a free source of energy to heat homes through our long cold winters. Since Apricus collectors provide warm water down to 5 - 10 degrees below zero they provide heat to homes under demanding conditions when many other systems have long ceased to function.
